...building a strong foundation for horse and rider

About Us

A little bit about us...

Cornerstone's motto is "Building a Strong Foundation for Horse and Rider" and our philosophy is straightforward. Start with the basics to build a solid foundation and then build on that foundation. Throughout the years, we have continued to produce quality horses and riders and successful competitors. We have a systematic program which incorporates traditional, classical, yet state-of-the-art teaching and training in a relaxed, professional atmosphere. We specialize in developing horsemen and women, not just riders. Our lessons will give you the tools to ride and school your horse. On the ground, we seek to instill good equine management practices and skills. Our students are reminded that "riding is a process, and while goals are important, don't forget to enjoy the journey".

We've been doing what we do for 33 years now at Cornerstone! Together, Bruce and Susan bring over 8 decades of combined experience to ensure you and your horse get the best experience possible while calling Cornerstone your home.
